Refund policy
If you have ordered the wrong size, found that the items do not fit as expected, or wish to return them for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition as received.
- Be in the original packaging with all original labels attached.
- Returns with removed labels will not be accepted.
How to Submit a Return Request
Returns in Lithuania
You may return items at any InAvati store or by submitting a return request online:
- Complete the return request form.
- Properly package the item and drop it off at the nearest Omniva postal machine.
Returns in Latvia & Estonia
- Complete the return request form for Latvia (here) or Estonia (here).
- Properly package the item and drop it off at the nearest Omniva postal machine.
Returns from Other Countries
For all other countries, return requests must be submitted via email at info@inavatishop.com.
You can track your return parcel by entering the tracking number, which begins with "Fxxx" on Omniva tracking portal.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns within Lithuania are free of charge.
- Returns from other countries will incur a €10 shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Returns may take up to 2–7 business days to be inspected and processed after the returned item has been received.
Taxes & Duties
For EU countries, VAT is included in the product price. However, for non-EU countries, additional VAT, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. InAvati ships under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Incoterm, meaning:
- We do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes for non-EU orders.
- Any additional customs fees must be paid by the customer to clear the package.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed immediately.
- If the original payment was made via credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card (processing time may take up to four days, depending on the card issuer).
- Refunds for transactions funded via a bank account will be credited up to two days.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs, except in cases of defective or faulty items.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 2–4 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.
